The Azerbaijan House in California is a Culture and Friendship Center of Azerbaijan Society of California established in 2022 by the initiative of individual Azerbaijani professionals, intellectuals, and students living in California. Our organization is a nonprofit and strictly nonpolitical organization.

We are aiming to serve as a community center, promoting cultural activities, traditions, and friendship between the Azerbaijani Society of California and the American community.

Our goal is to make Azerbaijani House in California a symbol of friendship and culture for Azerbaijani and American people in California and the United States.

We want to create the American Azerbaijani Community that brings together people of all cultures and nationalities where we can use the opportunity to introduce and educate them on our culture, traditions, values, and history. This is especially important for Azerbaijanis living in America as it will be the first Azerbaijan House located in California.

As a community, we are looking forward to helping build a better support system by interacting with friendships and participating fully in the community’s economic, civic, educational, and most importantly cultural life for all the Azerbaijanis and Turkic nations living in California and across the United States. This is an important step in making sure that our current and the future generation of American Azerbaijanis and Turk descents are kept close and/or raised with cultural values, traditions, and historical knowledge.
